Brilliant Minds Child Development and Educational Services, LLC., provides  services in multiple folds: We provide comprehensive New Jersey Special Education eligibility evaluations, developmental intervention and educational services to children/families in New Jersey. Our  comprehensive special education evaluation assesses preschool and school-aged students in  areas of Learning, Psychological and Speech-Language. Early intervention program at Brilliant Minds provides Developmental, Behavioral,  Speech-Language, Occupational and Physical Therapy Services to children three years and younger with developmental needs in The New Jersey Early Intervention System (NJEIS). Our academic tutoring and enrichment services (Literacy & Mathematics) are tailored and individualized, based on each child’s academic needs. Our educational consultation / advocacy initiative advises parents on various educational services available to families, and their rights in public education. At Brilliant Minds, we support, empower and champion families in navigating the New Jersey general/special education system. Our evaluations and services are provided in schools, childcare centers and families' homes. Our consultants, educators, specialists and therapists are state licensed, who are highly skilled in their area of expertise with many years of field experience.

Priscilla Serwaah- Clement M. Ed., L.D.T.C. is a learning consultant, educator and child development specialist with a passion for nurturing, fostering and teaching children demonstrated by more than two decades of classroom experience. Ms. Clement earned her Learning Disabilities Teaching Consultant post-masters certification from Montclair State University. She holds a masters degree in Reading and Mathematics from Walden University.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree in Elementary Education (French minor) from Lincoln University. Ms. Clement currently holds a New Jersey Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (Educational Services Certificate),  is a New Jersey Elementary School Teacher in Grades K-8 (Instructional Certificate), and a Certified Child Development  Specialist from New Jersey Department of Health’s Early Intervention System.

Ms. Clement and her entire team of consultants, educators, specialists and therapists have dedicated themselves to providing exceptional services in developmental intervention and educational services to children and their families in New Jersey.  Their steadfast commitment to parent advocacy, assessing youngster’s overall developmental and academic strengths and areas of needed improvement, and developing and executing evidence-based instructional practices to meet students’ individual  needs is their top priority.
